Shipping and Delivery Times
Australian Orders
Parcels up to 2 Kilogrammes are sent via Australia Post. Parcels over 2 Kilogrammes and those of higher value are sent via courier, for which a signature is generally required upon receipt. Please allow up to three working days for delivery if the item is in stock. Delivery will often be completed much more quickly.

Overseas Orders (Sent from the UK)
Parcels under 2 Kilograms are sent via Air Mail, please see the estimated delivery times below.
Larger consignments and those of high value shipping methods vary according to destination (See Below). Please note we cannot ship some large and heavy items such as tyres, batteries and screens outside the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates.

Europe EU : 10-15 working days.
Europe Non-EU : 15 - 30 Working days.
USA & Canada : 14 - 21 working days (subject to customs clearance).
Australia & New Zealand : 14 - 21 working days (subject to customs clearance).
Rest of the World - up-to 30 working days.
Wemoto Franchises
Wemoto Ltd has franchises in Spain, France, Italy, Australia, and the Czech Republic. Under contract with these franchises, they are to have exclusive rights to sell retail under the Wemoto brand within each of their countries as well as to the following surrounding countries, islands, territories, departments and regions:

Australia, including New Zealand.
Czech Republic, including Slovakia.
Spain, including Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
France, including Monaco and The French Overseas Departments and Territories.
Italy, including the Vatican City and San Marino.
All orders placed in these countries, islands, territories, departments and regions, including those placed on wemoto.com, will be handled by the appropriate franchise and subject to the taxes/charges which apply to the country of each franchise.

Non Stock Items
When an item is unavailable we will contact you with a realistic estimated time of delivery, and give you the option of cancellation and refund.

Order Status
You can check the current status of your order at any time. We welcome your feedback and during working hours endeavor to answer enquiries within one hour.

Credit/Charge Card Details
We operate a secure, encrypted site where necessary, all Internet transactions are handled by PayPal, we do not store nor have access to your card information.

Supply errors must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When goods are supplied in error or arrive damaged we will cover all shipping costs and exchange or credit in full. Goods may be returned within 14 working days of delivery for refund, cancellation or exchange, the purchaser must cover the cost of return postage. If goods are returned after being in the customers possession for more than 14 working days this will incur a 15% restocking fee. Goods must be returned unused and with their original packaging, it should be noted that the purchaser has a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and they should be thoughtfully packaged for the return shipment. All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked. Please note that when fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these parts cannot be returned for refund.

Bike Selection
Parts on our website are supplied assuming original European bike specification except where explicitly stated otherwise. If your bike has any alterations we cannot be held responsible for errors.

All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified experienced person equipped with relevent tools and test equipment necessary to facilitate fitment and confirmation of correct operation.
