The NGK LMAR9AI-8 is a high-performance NGK Laser Iridium spark plug engineered to deliver superior ignitability, efficient combustion and extended service life. The “-8” designation indicates a factory-set 0.8mm electrode gap, while the laser-welded fine iridium centre electrode helps produce a strong and consistent spark for modern high-efficiency engines.
As part of NGK’s Laser Iridium range, the LMAR9AI-8 is designed for improved ignitability, stable ignition performance and longer service intervals. Additional design benefits include superior anti-corrosion and anti-seizing properties, corrugated ribs to help prevent flashover, improved strength and heat transfer, a copper core to aid heat removal, and triple seals to help prevent leakage.
